Form 8-K

The Form 8-K is a document that the Securities and Exchange Commission requires publicly-held entities to file whenever there are significant changes impacting the entity. Examples of reportable events are entering into a material agreement, bankruptcy, completing an acquisition, having a material impairment, selling unregistered securities, and so forth. The information in this report is used by the investment community to update their information about events.
