Definition: The Form 10-Q is a quarterly report that the Securities and Exchange Commission requires all publicly-held entities to file with it. The report contains reviewed comparative financial statements for the quarter and year-to-date, management's discussion and analysis of results, and various other required disclosures for material events that occurred during the quarter.
