Material Omission
Definition: A material omission is material if it could influence the economic decisions of the users of an entity's financial statements. Materiality is subjective, depending upon the size and nature of the omission. Of importance, an omission can be material either individually or collectively. Thus, a large number of small omissions can be considered a material omission.
