Form 10-K
Definition: The Form 10-K is a document that a publicly-held company must file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) once a year, detailing its financial results for the preceding year. The report includes the financial statements of the company, an audit report, management's discussion and analysis of certain items, and a number of supporting exhibits. The SEC has all recent Form 10-K documents from all filing entities available on its website.
